Deposits:
Full fee for all weekend bookings
50% for bookings more than three nights
Refunds:
If you cancel more than a week ahead we can transfer your booking to another time with no loss of deposit, or we will retain $50 and refund the balance
If you cancel less than a week ahead of booking we will refund 50% of your deposit
For very late cancellations a 50% refund will be made only if we can rebook the cottage
Minimums:
Easter Flat rate of $850 for any four consecutive nights
Cup Weekend Four nights @ number of bedrooms booked
Long Weekends Three nights @ number of bedrooms booked
