Deposits:
Full fee for all weekend bookings
50% for bookings more than three nights
Refunds:
If you cancel more than a week ahead of your booked stay we can transfer your booking to another time with no loss of deposit, or we will retain $100 and refund the balance
If you cancel your booking between a week and two days prior to arrival date we will refund 50% of your deposit
If you cancel your booking less than two days before booked arrival date there will be no refund of your deposit
Minimums:
Easter Flat rate of $900 for any four consecutive nights
Cup Weekend Four nights @ number of bedrooms booked
Long Weekends Three nights @ number of bedrooms booked
